Caroline Gearing has 20 years of experience in multisport. She raced on the junior elite circuit and competed up to U-23, finishing as high as top-15 nationally.
A two-year team captain, Gearing graduated from Queens (N.C.) with a Bachelors in Sport Business. One of the first NCAA athletes to earn a triathlon scholarship, she transferred to Queens her sophomore year following her freshman year at Saint Leo in Florida. While at Queens Gearing was a 3-time NCAA and Conference Champion and had the 3rd fastest mixed relay split at nationals.
She was an assistant coach at Queens in 2018-19 before being hired at the USA Triathlon Foundation as the Fundraising Program Coordnator.
