Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Golf Finishes Sixth At The Lincoln Memorial Fall Invitational
Tazewell, Tenn. – The Lenoir-Rhyne University Men’s Golf Team finished sixth out of 13 teams Tuesday at the Lincoln Memorial Fall Golf Invitational at the Woodlake Golf Course. The Bears shot a 598 (+22) on the par-72, 6,771-yard course while Lincoln Memorial won in a playoff over North Greenville. Both teams shot an even-par 576.

Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Golf Finishes Eighth At The Patsy Rendleman Invitational
Salisbury, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne University Women’s Golf Team combined for a two-day score of 672 (+96) to place eighth out of 11 teams on Tuesday in the Patsy Rendleman Invitational. The tournament was hosted by Catawba College and played at the Country Club of Salisbury. The Bears were led by junior Brenna Martens (St. Croix Falls, Wisc.), who tied for third overall with a 153 (+9).

Newberry Wins The 2009 Lenoir-Rhyne/Myrtle Beach Women's Golf Intercollegiate
Calabash, N.C. – The Newberry College Women’s Golf Team won the 2009 L-R /Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate Tournament on Tuesday after posting a two-day score of 611 (+49) to prevail by 13 strokes over Wingate University (624, +62). The host school, Lenoir-Rhyne University, finished fifth out of 13 teams in the event with a 646 (+84) at the Meadowlands Golf Club.

Newberry Leads After Day One Of The 2009 Lenoir-Rhyne/Myrtle Beach Women's Golf Intercollegiate
Calabash, N.C. – Newberry shot a 312 (+24) to lead after a rainy round one Monday at the 2009 Lenoir-Rhyne/Myrtle Beach Women’s Golf Intercollegiate, which is taken place at the Meadowlands Golf Club. Newberry leads Wingate (314, +26) by two strokes while the host school, L-R (331, +43), is seventh out of 13 schools.
