L-R's Hernando Saavedra Picks Up Second-Team All-SAC Honors In Men's Tennis
Rock Hill, S.C. - Lenoir-Rhyne University sophomore Hernando Saavedra (Calle, COLOMBIA) has been named to the 2010 All-South Atlantic Conference Men's Tennis Second Team. Saavedra finished the season with a 7-5 singles record including a 5-3 mark in league play while playing at either first or second in the lineup.

Brevard Men's Tennis Defeats Lenoir-Rhyne, 8-1
Hickory, N.C. - The Lenoir-Rhyne University Men's Tennis Team (1-15, 0-8) fell to Brevard College (7-11, 4-4) by an 8-1 score Wednesday afternoon at Jaycee Park. Sophomore Hernando Saavedra (Calle, Columbia) won at second singles for the Bears' lone win of the match and finished 5-3 in league play this year.
