tactical instruction. The curriculum includes the following topics:

4) Fitness and Strength Training
5) Nutrition for the Female Athlete
6) College Recruiting Seminar

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
REGISTRATION:
Campers MUST fill out and return the attached application form along with a
$50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or payment in full. Do not mail
registration or fees later than one week prior to your academy date.
You may register on the day of the academy.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Campers should report to the Lenoir-Rhyne Soccer Field between 8:30
a.m.-9:00 a.m. each morning. Campers should be picked up as close to
Noon as possible. Earlier or later times may be arranged IN ADVANCE
with the camp director. In the event of rain, call (828)
328-7169 and listen to the message to find out the plans for the day.
We will hold camp if there is a light rain. However, if
inclement weather calls for the cancellation of camp for the day, we will
make that day up on the respective Friday for that Academy session.
WHAT TO BRING:
Campers should bring soccer cleats, shin guards, and extra shirt and socks
and a ball. We will provide water, a certified athletic trainer and a
t-shirt for each camper. A snack may also be brought, as we will have
time mid-morning for one. Nike soccer balls are available for $20.00
should you want to purchase one from the Academy.
STAFF:
Lenoir-Rhyne Head Women's Soccer Coach Will Beddingfield will direct the
camp using his 15 years of collegiate and three years of professional
coaching experience to create a quality, fun soccer environment for the
Academies. He will be assisted by assistant directors Brian Collins
and Mark Powers, the assistant women's and assistant men's coaches,
respectively, at Lenoir-Rhyne, as well as numerous current Lenoir-Rhyne
players.
