2008 Rock-A-Thon
(April 7-8, 2008)

For the third straight year, the Lenoir-Rhyne College Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) sponsored the Rock-A-Thon.  For two full days (Monday, April 7, and Tuesday, April 8), all 17 of L-R's varsity teams rocked on the front porch of Shuford Memorial Gymnasium to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  For the second consecutive year, well over $1,000 was raised.  Special thanks to Leah Krohn, SAAC President, and Shena Hollar, SAAC Advisor, for spearheading the project.
