Hickory, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne College Baseball Team (20-21)
defeated Limestone College (20-22), 7-4, Tuesday evening at Bears Field.
Junior third baseman Daniel Ford (Youngstown, Ohio/Manatee CC) hit his

L-R opened the scoring with three runs in the third frame highlighted by
Ford’s two-run single and the Bears made it 5-0 in the fifth inning when Ford
plated two more on a double.
Ford, who went three-for-four in the game, then rounded out the Bears’
scoring with a two-run home run in the bottom of the seventh inning for a 7-1
