The 2008 Food Lion SAC Baseball Tournament will be held Thursday, April 17, through Sunday, April 20, in Hickory, North Carolina. Thursday and Friday's games will be played at Lenoir-Rhyne College's Bears Field, while the Saturday and Sunday games will be played at L.P. Frans Stadium, home of the Hickory Crawdads.

The format is an six-team, double-elimination tournament.  The top six teams in the conference standings will earn a spot in the conference tournament.

The tournament winner will receive an automatic berth into the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship Tournament.
