* Lenoir-Rhyne College Football Practice Field
* Shuford Gymnasium/Moretz Gymnasium in the case of inclement weather
Two-Hour Session includes:
* Warm-Up and Stretch
* Preparation and Instruction about training techniques
* Speed Training Drill Work with feedback
* Cool Down/Review
Tuition:
* $85.00 per person (Please make checks payable to Luis Velez)
* $75.00 per person per session if it includes at least five athletes
registered together from a team
* $150.00 per person for both sessions combined if registered in advance.
* Includes T-shirt

Luis Velez, MA, ATC, LAT, CSCS
Luis Velez is a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer/Clinical
Instructor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Lenoir-Rhyne
College. He is responsible for the prevention, care and rehabilitation of
athletic injuries for the L-R Men's Soccer and Baseball Programs as well as
teaching in the School of Health Sciences. Velez is also the Strength and
Conditioning Coordinator for Lenoir-Rhyne College Baseball and designs
off-season weight training programs for the Men's Soccer Team.
Previously, Velez was an Athletic Trainer and Speed and Conditioning Coach at
Florida Tech, primarily working with the school's women's soccer and softball
programs.
Velez's educational background includes a bachelor of science in sports
medicine/athletic training from Lenoir-Rhyne College and a master of arts in
health and exercise science from Furman University.
