Michael Flicker is beginning his sixth year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Lenoir-Rhyne College.

Flicker will once again oversee the training responsibilities for three sports in the 2007-08 academic year:  volleyball and men's basketball and women's basketball.

Flicker also handles student trainer supervision and general training room coverage and has worked extensively in the past with men's and women's soccer and softball.

Prior to L-R, Flicker worked five years as a clinical instructor for Pro Active Therapy in Hickory, N.C., and served one year as Head ATC for Carolina Orthopaedics.
   
Flicker graduated from Temple University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and received his master’s degree in 1993 from the University of North Carolina in sports medicine.

Flicker has one son:  Ryan.
