L-R Cross Country Opens The 2010 Season At The Eye Opener Invitational
Spartanburg, S.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Teams opened the 2010 season Saturday in the Eye Opener Invitational at Roger Milliken Park. L-R junior All-American Kate Griewisch (Banner Elk, N.C.) was the top non-NCAA Division I runner in the meet as she finished seventh out of 185 runners with a time of 18:28 over the 5K course.

Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Cross Country Picked To Win Its Third Straight SAC Championship
Rock Hill, S.C. - The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Cross Country Team received all 10 first-place votes and was picked to win its third consecutive South Atlantic Conference Championship in 2010, league officials announced today. Meanwhile, the L-R Men's Cross Country Team was voted second in the coaches preseason poll.
